    Yes you're correct - when I started up Waze, it asked me what the default Nav should be (built-in Nav or Waze) and that made me think I could select built-in Nav or Apple Maps. But of course I tried it and it doesn't work that way. I'll try the Waze/Podcast combo next to see if I mind it...

    Tired Waze on my XLT. It took a long time to connect initially - I restarted the process a few times because it just sat there "Connecting..." for minutes! Eventually it is to the point it will connect reliably. Works great once it's running. As an aside, I had to turn off CarPlay to get it...

    In my case a) using the VIN, the Canadian order will show up, but b) using the order/dealer/last name, the order never showed up. BTW, my Feb 2 order arrived at the dealer yesterday, and I'm taking delivery on Thursday. Can't wait! The predicted delivery date was May 1, so they're 5 days...

    Well what do you know! Got a call from my dealer before I could call them. Estimated DELIVERY date of May 1! Asked for the VIN which they had to look up, but they had it. Vehicle order processed Mar 29, built Apr 8, delivery May 1. That's a 12 1/2 week delivery time (to Canada no less).

    Just out of curiosity, how is everyone receiving their VIN? Are you polling the COTUS website until it shows up, or is your dealer contacting you with the VIN? Still waiting for my VIN - ordered Feb 2, XLT/202A, HD Trailer Tow, Nav, Driver Assist - and apparently 4 US Gallons of GAS! :-)

    Hopefully there's no other delays in production (perhaps fixing the recalls is adding some delay, not sure). Do your part - recycle your beer and pop cans! Can't have them running out of aluminum... :-)

    For year-round driving, I really like the AT tires. I bought the Michelin AT2s and they seem really good in winter, and the same (although very slightly noisier) in summer. YMMV...

    My 2006 does not have an instantaneous mpg display. It only displays the average over the period since the last reset, or 500 km, whichever is less (I think that's right - based on memory). So if you don't reset frequently, your average mileage for mixed city/highway driving tends to stay...
