Very nice. My bar is probably aimed similar to yours. It’s as high as it will go without the tapered washers. The longer bolts have a slightly larger head and won’t let the light go up anymore. I am going to try these stainless steel washers.

How much more light did they add to your bumper bar? I got my bumper bar installed but waiting on the tapered washers to bring it level. Points down a little to much.

I use to subscribe to CR. But today I feel Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy, youtube and Amazon give you a more accurate rating of appliances, tools and electronics. As far as vehicles go I alway check the forums and see what the main topics are related to the problems. Most forums have tons of...
Spray it with WD-40 then soak a rag with WD-40. Hold the tag over the sap to soften it up. Wipe off, wash, clay bar and seal your paint. Then it’s not as bad the next time.

I have the Rigid DSS Pro’s in a flood beam. You usually use your A-pillar lights as ditch lights. Turned out wider than your main lights.

This is the Switch Pro 8 switch panel. I used a short Ram Mount to hold it. A ball on the dash and switch panel with the shortest arm.

I wonder if it’s off in the menu by default until you set the trailer setup. I picked up a small utility trailer this week. First time it has been towed by my Expy. The dash said everything was disabled. I know my other trailers the blind spot works fine. They are named and setup. I haven’t had...
They should, I have SDHQ mounts for a Gen 2 Raptor on mine. These two little are super bright. They are Rigid though

Thanks BigH
When I get mine installed I plan on doing a drone shot from the top comparing the stock headlights, bar and my A-pillars. I started to mount mine this weekend. I need to get longer bolts and some nylon spacers to put in the bumper gap.

Have you guys looked through Moto dog bisect? Pretty dumb articles and a lot of pigging backing of other peoples work. They had an article “why would anybody buy a Lincoln black label when they could have a G-Wagon”? Yes it’s $30K more for the G Wagon, but if you’re already spending a $100K...
When I first bought mine I watched several raving reviews about the Expy on YouTube. Decided to try it just for its higher towing ability, Ecoboost and 4 low. I fallow all kinds of forums and try to be active on the forums I actually own the product. Cam phasers, turbo rattle and anything...
Tapatalk has the worst search engine. I had a post where I did measure the height. I can’t find it. But I remember it being 1/2”-3/4” from stock with the 3/2 lift on. Remember they will limit your up travel for off roading and I can’t feel them on day to day driving. But that’s the same driving...
Not sure how cold it is where you are at. But on my 16’ F-150 the seat and steering wheel heat would only come on if below a factory set temp. Along with the rear defroster and mirror heat.

You are right. There is a lot of confusion. A top of the line brand can have the same LED’s in them and get better performance through their reflector, build quality and lens materials. Then they ask more for it plus add a lifetime warranty and parts availability. Cheap chines lights can be...
That sucks, I had a Dodge Diesel that went in for a transmission recall. The “tech, mechanic, shop help” what ever they call themselves. Kinked one of the lines. A few weeks later it took a big crap. Luckily they where honest about it and replaced the entire transmission for me. Still a huge...
Most high end off road light manufacturers recommend 12 gauge wire. Long wire runs, sunset to sunrise operation and a more robust cable. Why not? China lights often have way less. I have not cut the harness off yet, but the fuse wire is 14, it may get smaller. If I remember right the math would...
