I am not affiliated with AutoStop eliminator, but I like to give shout outs when I encounter a good product!
I've got a 2023 Expy Limited Stealth Performance. The auto-stop "feature" was driving me crazy. If I forgot to turn it off it would startle me when the engine decided to shut itself off...
Oh man, I loved those vent windows.
And Chevy's "Astro ventilation" which was just outside air from the cowl ( slightly high pressure) with no heat, no cooling, controlled by a flapper door.
Disagree. I love automatic heat controls where you set the desired temperature and not just how far open the heat flapper door is. It keeps me comfy as the engine warms up and as the outside temperature changes.
I have a 2023 SPP and it has been perfect except for some bubbling chrome on an interior trim piece.
I have heard cam phasers are a concern and intend to do more frequent oil changes than the factory recommendation and always use top quality synthetic oil.
In my case I had a similar problem on my 2023 SPP. I had to reset the up down limits manually a few times, but as the windows loosened it stopped being a problem.
But if you have it happen a lot, report it to the dealer in case you need warranty work later.
When I camp I want to use a solar panel and battery tender to keep my battery from draining. It drains from me going in and out of the car since EVERYTHING seems to boot up each time I open the door.
On my 2010 I connected right to the battery. But I understand the 2023 has a battery...
Thanks. It's not really THAT much work to pop the hood and attach the solar charging clamps to the battery. Is there somewhere better to attach to avoid confusing the battery management system?
On my old 2010 Expy I made a cord to charge via the cigarette lighter but the 2023 appears to turn...
The active noise canceling will fight the sound in the cabin and (as pointed out above) with turbo chargers in the exhaust path the sound won't be much to write home about.
I've got a 2023 Expedition Limited Stealth Performance Package.
When I do the brakes I am looking at upgrading to PowerStop brakes. Their web site lists one size for all Limited models. Are the SPP brakes the same as the non-SPP brakes? Is the only difference that the calipers are painted red...
I think I found how mice get in to the cowl and thus in to the HVAC system. Ford is REALLY lazy about this stuff.
This video shows it in detail (not my video)

Keeping mice out of your Expedition HVAC
I had the exact thing happen today. Your picture of the great pile of grey fibrous fluff look just like what I found.
Like you it didn't seem like a mouse nest, but what do I know? No smell. No droppings. Etc.
It was all on the top (air intake) side. Not below (towards the fan and the cabin)...
I want this too, but looking at the hitch it will be a challenge. By the time you leave the opening big enough for everything, there's not a lot left.
* Draw bar
* Access to the draw bar retaining pin
* Electrical connectors
* Safety chain connectors
But if somebody made such a trim piece...
I have the 15.5 " center display. I have checked every screen possible there as well as on the small instrument cluster display. The manual says it should be in the small cluster display.
thanks.
Update for anyone reading this in the future looking for an answer
Unpairing and re-pairing my phone did nothing. 911 assist still disabled.
Then I did a "factory reset" from the touch screen which unlearns all your customizations, phone pairing etc. This time when I paired the phone it...
I did a "factory reset" (via touch screen). That reset everything on the center screen (phone pairing, radio presets, etc) but changed nothing on the little screen in the instrument cluster.
hmmm
2023 Exp Limited SPP
I must be losing my mind. I am trying to find the oil life indicator and it's not where (I think) it used to be. I got to the Menu (menu button on steering wheel), from there I go to setting, and this is all I see. (See picture) what am I missing?!?!?
