    12 mpg???

NFG2020, please stop your train of thought with "detuning" the engine. The higher octane may help, but all the engine needs is at least 87 octane to function. Higher octane will usually give the engine a little more pep, and maybe a little more mileage (like .05-1) but it ain't moving 12 to...

    Planning to buy 2020 Expedition

Bear in mind I have a 2020 XLT with only two option boxes checked: FX4 Package, HD Tow 11K on the odometer. 1.) Decent, however the center console is painted and some paint is chipping. 2.) Ride Compliance is great--have had it loaded with gear, towing, etc. No large amount s of people though...

    2020 FORSCAN Info?

Welp, I guess part of the reason I wanted a "sheet" was to see what I even felt I wanted to change. So far my list of wants/maybes will be saved for another thread.

    2020 Forscan Info?

Got my plugin... starting to get that 'ole jittery feeling again... got a big fluid change coming with big Ford, minor warranty and maybe some software changes. Figure I will wait till after then. What I would really love is a 2020 FORSCAN thread, beyond the Gen 4 folks...

    Anyone Running Dual Batteries?

I believe any non-factory fuel cell would need an E pump to resupply the main tank, and then of course a way to properly fill it and cycle gas through it as it got old. But to get back on topic, it seems like very few people here are running Dual Batteries on Gen 4s and I am not sure a battery...

Max Tire Size w/No Level Kit

I have worked with cars being lowered with wider tires a good porton of my adult driving life, and inevitably one person's version of what constitutes "rubbing" vs another's is as different as opinions. 1. For many, it does "not rub," means driving to the mall in a straight line, vehicle empty...

    Anyone Running Dual Batteries?

Watching a bunch of their vids--seems well made, well thought out, etc. Maybe this should be another thread lol. MAybe a group buy1?!

    Anyone Running Dual Batteries?

I think the hitch is rated up to 10K?

Lifting a 4th Gen Expedition Max

J.E., I am facing the same deep questions. From my 60 days of research, it seems the "setup" for us that won't make your CVs too unhappy and Ford Service Managers bowels all a-quiver, are the Bilstein EXPDITION 5100 shocks, W/O load leveling, and on our G4s, have been told to me to generate...

    Anyone Running Dual Batteries?

Just hesitant about having a battery where I am going to sleep do to--what is it? Off-gassing? No Fozola--I mean from the battery, not my famous "Make-a-Run-For-The-Bathroom Chili"!!

    2020 FORSCAN Info?

Thank you Loki. Bush, maybe my post confused you. I want the ability to turn/leave my highbeams on during the day, under select conditions. Further, I thought FORSCAN you had to manully enter a series of numbers that were known before hand into where the old value number was--hence the need...

    2020 FORSCAN Info?

I have a 2020, want to eliminate several things, especially the double-honk, bambi mode, and is there software that prevents you running with the high-beams on in the daylight too? A comprehensive list--for 2020s--would be amazing...

    Anyone Running Dual Batteries?

Looking towards the future Foz. Depending, my plan is to add an extra lightweight battery, plumbed and secured if/when I do want a fridge, winch, etc. as backup along with a solar panel or two for extra charging.

97,000 miles; update(save yourself time, it still runs perfect).

Good policy over time, especially if your idle gets wonky. It just gets dirty over time, but ESPECIALLY if you add an oiled airfilter. Ask me how I know, and then ask why I will never run an oiled filter on a modern, MAF sensor'ed engine again.

    Whiskey Tango Foxtrot "Features" Thread

11K later and nope. I guess 30+ years of rowing, slapping, and yanking my gearshift is hard to forget... Oh umm... yeah I said that :33:

    Lower Valance

I know Foz, that was the joke. I do not struggle with believing bees can fly, b/c it is a fact and don't think they should be removed ;)

    Lower Valance

Hint:Feel free to reread what I wrote. I dont care what they do to their trucks or what they emphasize. That is their buisness, but when someones opinion runs into a wall of facts? Just dont say something does not exist when it does. And it has nothing to do with what I like or feel. A fact...

    Lower Valance

It makes a difference, whether you care to acknowledge it or not. In fact, the faster you go the more difference it makes--but you may never notice it b/c you never noticed what mileage you were really getting in the first place. But to try and label common-sense vehicle aerodynamics as false...
