When I removed mine it seemed to lose enough integrity that I did some things to secure it.
I don't know if starts deforming at 100 miles an hour, but I do know if I'm traveling that fast I for sure don't want it to. YMMV.

I have lived in both nosebleed dry areas and sea level swamp land with my Expy. Found the Ford system to be less than satisfactory in both.

Since new of the lot, and living in high-heat areas like Texas & Florida (despite quality ceramic tint on all windows and even the front windshield) the A/C always felt a bit below par.
Of course, if you think 80-85 degrees is hot where you live, maybe it works well for you but my Expy always...

Lost my faith in oiled filters with MAF sensors after having two of my vehicles gummed up. But a lot of folks use them w/o a problem so as always YMMV.
I am running same tire load rating Nittos--albeit 34s compared to the factory 32s.
And lately--just lately--I have kept the front 1 psi higher than the rears. Not even sure why lol I guess it is cuz the front tires run a little flatter (lower) than the rears all the time due to engine weight...

TBH, those 37s look too much unless they raise the vehicle more via suspension to sort of even it out.
This is just to me, visually and what I find attractive in the balance of it all. That being said, I would like to know more.

Yes, the best, most accurate way to measure your lift is:
1) from the center of the hub before, then after to the fender (centered) to show actual lift so as to compare apples to apples.
The second way, which shows total lift if you added taller tires: 2) is from ground to top of fender.

TTBOMK, that is the only place fresh air enters the system. Seems like a pretty good location if hydrolock was ever your concern, but don't know if it is a "cold" air system at all.
