Rear Air Suspension Bags Fully Inflated - Help!

I would think you have a failed rear height level switch. It could be the solenoids for the rear bags, but both failing at the same time is rather unlikely. Each air bag has it's own solenoid so the compressor can run all day and none of the bags should over inflate. The best place to start...

2004 Eddie Bauer premium sound radio wiring diagram

The wiring diagram Hamfisted provided the link to should provide what you're looking for. If you really want to look for an adapter just for the sub here's a Crutchfield link to several options: https://www.crutchfield.com/g_103000/Radio-replacement-interfaces-harnesses.html?tp=2977

2003 Ford Expedition Fuel Pump Relay (R303) Damaged

Sounds like what I said, 4 wires. That description is better than mine though.

2003 Ford Expedition Fuel Pump Relay (R303) Damaged

I have wired up many solenoids in the past for lights, winches etc... In every case I used 4 wires. I'm sure you can use all 5, I just haven't had a need. The factory relay has 5 pins, but best I can tell from the electrical diagrams only 4 are used. I didn't remember what 87a was for so I...

2003 Ford Expedition Fuel Pump Relay (R303) Damaged

I have not run an external relay on mine. I will if it fails again, I believe 87a is not needed, it only needs to be 4 wires. Power in, power out, ground and switched power in.

    Steering column clips

Glad you got it figured out. Thanks for providing a good pic of where there go.

    Steering column clips

I'm almost certain that's the same clip someone had an issue with recently in this thread. There's pics with location of where it goes. https://www.expeditionforum.com/threads/airbag-light-b2293-19-loose-connection-2003-navigator.58463/

    Fuel Rail Schrader Valve

I've never removed the cap on mine. I would think 1 side would fit properly over the Shrader valve and the other would not. The side that doesn't fit should go into the cap first and rest against the closed end. So long as the seal goes into the cap and covers the Shrader valve it probably...

    2004 Expedition Build Log w/ Ramblings & Write-Ups

The M5R2 appears to be related to the M5OD which is a Mazda made/designed transmission. My '94 4.0L Ranger had an M5OD and there is no way I even consider putting that it in a full size truck V8 powered truck. That trans could not handle my stock 4.0L, 35" tires. I bought the truck...

    Rear Washer Fluid Line

Interesting, maybe to keep it from siphoning washer fluid out of the reservoir, otherwise I dunno.

    2004 Expedition Build Log w/ Ramblings & Write-Ups

I have no info on the MSD Blaster coils, well not the COPS at least. I will say that it's pretty much unanimous from everyone I know that you are far more likely to have issues with aftermarket COPS on these engines. OEM COPS are the way to go if needed. The factory ones often last a long...

Front blend door allowing some heat in AC air stream.

You can certainly connect the heater hoses together to complete the coolant loop without the heater core. I've done it on other vehicles as a temporary solution to a leaking heater core. Another option is to manually close the blend door and unplug the actuator, of course you have to get...

2004 instrument cluster swap to 2005

The cluster is basically another computer module and as such is likely to require programming. At the very least for the other modules to accept it. This is just based on my experience with OBDII scanning on my 2004 and reading stuff here. So I may be incorrect.

    What transmission 4r70w 4r75w 4r75e

The plate on the 4R75W vs the sensor on the 4R75E is not something I was aware of and was not identified in our recent identification threads. Thanks for that, very good info. Here's what we had recently that will also help identify the trans. Several of us compared the transmission ID tag...

Airbag Light B2293-19/Loose Connection 2003 Navigator

The piece that fell out looks like it goes in the black receiver for that grey connector. You can see one in the black receiver side in your pic and my thought is the other side of that fell out.

2003 Expy Transponder key went bad, after a series of things...

Wait, it just occurred to me you said the battery was dead or defective. These modern vehicles with PATS are very sensitive to voltage and a shorted battery. Make sure the battery is good before going any further. At 9v or lower mine won't even hit the starter relay. If your battery has...

2003 Expy Transponder key went bad, after a series of things...

I was gonna suggest a failure of the dang PATS, but apparently not. Do you have a 2nd key to verify it's the key? A strong magnet might be able to cause the chip to fail. I'm certainly interested to hear what others say on that.

Swapped trans from a 04 expedition to a 03 expedition and now speedo maxing out to 100 mph

Several of us compared the transmission ID tag recently and identified that our 2004 models had the 4R75 which certainly surprised me. My tag is 4L1P-DA. Anyway this list of model numbers might help if there's any question on the trans identification.

Swapped trans from a 04 expedition to a 03 expedition and now speedo maxing out to 100 mph

Do you have an OBDII scanner or ForScan to read the transmission codes from the PCM and to watch what the transmission is doing? Just a cheap code reader is not gonna do it for this. On my 2004 the TCM is the transfer case module.

2004 Expedition fuse 42 for trailer lights keeps blowing. Please help.

I'd start by tracing the wire from the trailer connector to fuse 42 in the CJB. Sounds like the problem is that wire and my guess is where the wires are under the truck.

    IWE question

Yeah it will likely spin a little. The driveshaft is likely to turn some as well despite being in 2WD which will turn both axles.

Bummer: 2025 has a pathetic payload rating

Wow, that's even lower than my 2004. Though only slightly lower, mine is 1414lbs. You'd think with more power and 21 model years later the payload would have gone up some.

CD player was loading and ejecting when I last used it a few months ago. But not now.

I couldn't figure out how to get the 6 disk changer in my '04 Expedition head unit to work again. Cleaning it didn't help and I found no obvious broken wires, damaged contact points or moving parts. I was able to open up, clean and lubricate contact points for the 5 or 6(whatever it was) disk...

2005 eddie bauer trans line leak

I was unable to find that line as well last year. I was able to cut off the rusted areas and put in longer rubber hoses to compensate. Maybe you can take this line to replace the metal ends. Just cut off the rubber hose and crimped clamps and add longer 3/8" rubber hose with 2 hose clamps on...
