    It will only rotate so far before the lock ring cannot turn anymore. I just tapped it with a hammer and small crow bar until it hit the stops.

    Looks like AWAR nailed it. That is another difference in the 2003/2004 to 2005/2006 Expedition. Mine is a 2004 Eddie Bauer and the vacuum reservoir is behind the battery, but the hose to it does not come from the brake booster like y'alls does.

I'm pretty sure the vent line for the hubs is curved 180 degrees and then just ends, it doesn't have a connector at the end. The vent tube also ends much closer to the upper strut mount.
