    I run my mirror cam, with a Viatek Mighty Jump. It was $15 on Ebay. It basically a 12v power supply. It can be charged while driving or with home charger. 8hrs uses about 1/3 of the charge.

    Check your doorsill, for foot drag marks, or driver door panel, the steering wheel and armrest. I bet you will find grease or dirt. I had grease/dirt on my my key fob once.

    The EBAY keys work fine. I bought several over the years. Search 'PATS II ford keys'. Make sure key in photo looks like yours. I paid $9 for two blank chip keys. I had mine cut a my local Valu home center(free).

    If you EXPY, has a aftermarket remote start, you may have a key, zip tied, under the steering column. This is done to defeat the PATS security system.

    Why would you want one? The prices on them are inflated, subject to negotiation and rebates. The price changes for X-plan and other discounts. The dealer does not pay that price. My 2011 factory order, had my name on the sticker. I found it in storage pocket, behind the passenger seat.

    Do you have a CEL light? Does it say misfire #8 code? You are skipping the basic steps. Did you pull the valve cover and check the cam followers? They can come off.
