    Sounds like an unhappy sensor. Maybe recheck electrical connections on any sensors you swapped to the new tubes. If not, wonder if the new tubes are causing one of the sensors to see an unexpected value.

    Yeah, just stirrin the pot! Glad Ford offers a choice, I suspect due to direct competition from short and long wheelbased GM triplets. We'll see how long before Jeep announces a long wheelbase Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer.

    First I've heard of the VDOP oil pressure sensor being disconnected. Did you disable it in Forscan, or physically disconnect it? Seems like it would throw error codes if disconnected.

    Oil in intercooler- how much is “normal”?

    I see you have a JLT catch can. You would likely have even more oil in your intercooler if you didn't have a catch can. It's oil vapor mixed in the PCV gases that are being routed back into the intake. Any chance this is residual from before you installed your catch can?

    Any idea if the cam shafts were scored on the prior replacements? Metal in the oil certainly would cause lots of trouble/wear issues. Glad they finally agreed to swap in a new engine!

    Tough to do the sway bars without the suspension loaded, so ramps are easier for this job. Important to use E-brake and wheel chocks to keep anything from moving.
