    I suppose it's possible you just have a bad temp gauge sending unit. Does it quickly go back to normal when the engine idles, or does it go back to normal slowly? If there is air in the system you should be able to burp it out by squeezing the upper radiator hose several times with the engine...

    AC not only lowers the interior temperature, but it also lowers the humidity. The windshield defroster works much better with the AC functioning.

    You didn't mention what year or model it is in your OP. I suppose the just picked the first one in your signature line. Please elaborate on how the AC control switch caused the accumulator to explode. I don't see how its possible. But, what do I know. Is it still working after 7 years?

    Driver seat moves forward automatically

    My 2003 has a driver seat, mirrors, and pedals that can be preset for two different drivers. Someone that owned it before you was a very small person. :) As stated above, the manual has instructions for customizing the positions for you.
