Leaving...with regret

Engine Whine
I have a 2002 Epxy 5.4. I have a "whine" coming from the engine and can't find where it is coming from. I recently replaced the alternator. I've done the "water test" on the belts (squirting water on the belt) and noise does not stop. It starts up after the engine is warmed up and stops...- azphotog

Break Lights (L&R) and L Turn Signal
Just bought a 2000 Expy - but with issues. L & R Brake lights not working (center light works) and L Front (DS) turn signal doesn't work.
