Here's a head scratcher
I have a 1999 Expedition with the triton 5.4 and roughly 145K miles. The vehicle was running fine, no codes, no loss of power, no pinging, no rattling and wasn't idling rough. The only thing I could hear was a very faint ticking that sounded like a lifter but not as pronounced, didn't...- JimT

1999 Expedition just went dead
OK Folks, I'm stuck (physically and mechanically).... I have a 1999 Expedition 5.4 4WD that is dead. Car was running fine, came back to the house turned if off...no issue. Went back to start the vehicle, turned the key, got the customary ding, ding, ding, started to turn over and nothing...- JimT
