Flowmaster or MagnaFlow??? Help!!

I have a 99 Expy and am looking to add one of the 2 Cat Exhaust systems to my Truck. Ive heard good and bad about both. Any recommendations? Performance?? Looking for a Good sound Outside yet not too loud inside.
