    Bug Deflectors

    The paint on the front of my hood is chipping away and looks bad, I was thinking of hiding it with a bug deflector, any preference on which ones look the best. Im not really worried about actually deflecting anything, but just the looks of it.

    Edge Evolution

    The only thing i like about it is the fact you can custom tune your rig...but other than that, all the fancy displays are useless and ugly, IMO.

    Lowering a 4WD Expo, possible?

    How about a drop on an expo with the air ride suspension in the back, anyone do that? I was looking into it but Im still not sure if itll look funny with the back up and/or down.

    Simple but good exhaust?

    It ran me about 400, maybe 450 from my local autoparts store. You can probably find it cheaper online somewhere. I bought the system that went right back to the stock location. The hardest part of puttin in the exhaust was gettin the old one out. Gettin all the hangers out of the rubber gromets...

    Simple but good exhaust?

    I bought that Gibson setup and it was quiet, had a little more snarl but nothing special so i swapped it out for a flowmaster. More of my style! I did gain about 1 mpg on a trip to vermont, but that was with the CAI also installed.

    01 Expo EB, 5.4L, K&N intake, Gibson cat-back with Flowmaster muffler, 22" Milano wheels on Kuhmos, 2 12" Infinity's in the back pushed with 700 watts.....hopefully gonna have a chip, 2 inch drop, and tinted front windows to match the back soon.

    What Chip/Tuner/Programmer for our Expeditions?

    I was looking at the Edge Evolution. I like the fact that it mounts to the dash and can display up to 4 different things. Has anyone used this yet?

    I wanted to do it because its annoying turning the wheel at loc and it acting like its in 4wd, and also it might be a little more fun at the stop lights, haha.

    Nope, I just ran past a radar on the road today and my speedo was 2mph off like it always has. The only differences I noticed were slower acceleration and braking, and its a little harder to turn the wheel back and forth.

    So i was researching into disengaging the A4WD, and ran across this site. http://www.explorer4x4.com/controltrac_mod.htm Its aimed towards explorers and I was curious if anyone knew if it would work for an expo, I imagine it would.

    Just installed my Halo's!

    Did you put the stock bulbs in the projector? Did it make a big difference in the visibility?
