More power on 2007 (supercharger, etc)
in that case i would think that the transfer case would be the weak link, but i have no clue, i and interested in rebuilding the motor in my 99, not to hijack your thread but, i and basically wanting to do the same thing, get a little more power, and something that is different.- n.lowery

gas milage and overall performance
snake oil, why dont you try to refill your blinker fluid to, that always helps your fuel mileage:rolleyes: i would put on an cold air intake, and a after market muffler. you will get a little more power, and better MPG's.- n.lowery

ticking
i have a 99 expo with the 4.6 2wd. i love this thing, the only thing that i have wrong with it is the air ride and the annoying ticking. a couple years ago when it was around 160-170,000 miles you could hear a faint ticking while driving through town when you would drive by a curb...- n.lowery
