And don't worry. Most people in LA are all hot air. More bark than bite. And you would be surprised how many out here aren't on the left. Hollywood is not all of LA- tallsville

How capable would you consider your 4x4 Expedition?
My 03 has been pretty good offroad. It has mainly been on forest roads in the mountains near big bear. I've had the dirt road disappear on me at 30mph and all it did was lose the front license plate. To all those with a 3.5 x 2.5 lift please read.
If you did the 2in lift you shouldn't have have problem with 3.5. The spacer lift isn't 1:1, So its only a little bit bigger then the spacer you already have in there.- tallsville

2ng Gen with dual exhaust?
You are going to have to have a muffler shop fab one up for you. Due to the IRS there isn't any room for a dual exhaust. You either have to remove the spare tire or run it under the rear axle.- tallsville

Choosing a good exhaust system
With "dumps" and side exhaust you usually see on trucks, under the bed. You usually don't see on SUV's due to the possibility of exhaust fumes coming into the cab, especially when you are standing still(stop light, traffic, etc).- tallsville

Largest tire size for stock Ford Expedition 2003 4x2 no lift?
i had 285/70/17s on stock rims stock height(4x4). Had rubbing from the knobs on A/T tire. On 2003's if remember correctly there is about an inch difference between 4x2 and 4x4 stock height.- tallsville

3/2 Lift and OEM F150 FX4 wheels - max tire size?
Some on here run 35's with a 3/2 but they remove the running boards and trim some of the front.- tallsville

K&n intake system

Leveling kit install issue
You can use a long socket or jam something in there on a side of the nut to keep it from spinning.- tallsville

New guy with questions
285/70/17 will fit on stock height, you will have rubbing on the inner fender when turning. You can run the stock spare with no problems. I ran mine for a couple days with the spare on the rear axle, until i could get the new tire.- tallsville

2nd Gen Mild Offroad Mods
Beodricht, 33's you can fit without a lift(4x4 has an extra inch over 4x2). You will have rubbing when turning, especially if you put A/T or M/Ts on, as the "knobs" will catch the inner fender more than a street tire would. I'm running 285/70/17's on the stock rim with a 3.5/2.5 ebay spacers...- tallsville

Rear Toe Alignment issues post leveling kit install..
