yes. Not sure as i did a cat back system at the same time. Avg around 17mpg hwy with lift and 33" A/T tires
I am...mileage was 2-3 per gallon and performance is only throttle response...I also have cat back exhaust and a programmer...cat back increased about 4-5 mpg and the programmer is the biggest bang....
