EVO; Electronic Variable Control Actuator Yeah, I didnt order it through ford after all... I had NAPA order me a new pump to see if it came on it and sure enough it did... You may not be able to replace that EVO but you can just buy a whole new pump with it on it. I paid only $69 with core...- SnowRider

EVO power steering actuator
1998 Expedition power steering EVO actuator I too have just came across the same problem... However, I broke mine off trying to remove it, bad idea... Just left ford dealership and cost of just the evo actuator is $250... Talk about robbery... Not very happy about it, trying to find one at a...- SnowRider
