I do know that it is coming from the front of the vehicle. I listened to it over the weekend. It almost sounds like a grinding noise. And yes it is a consistant noise when I am driving. It makes the noise then stops and continuously goes thru that process. Will that help the answer a little...- Sjean1989

When I turn the knob in my 99 Ford Expedition to 4H or 4L and start moving it makes this really loud nocking noise. I just got the vehicle at a good price for a hunting truck and I can't figure out what is causing this noise. Could Anyone Please Help?- Sjean1989
