Help, No HVAC after blend door actuator replacement
2005 Expedition XLT, manual HVAC with rear AC Just finished replacing the front blend door actuator. [Was a royal pain despite finding some good videos. Ended up having to trim the part that fits in the blend door in order to seat it. Took the original apart and saw the broken gears.]...- imported_cheapdad00

2 new sounds (1. Engine bay and 2. Front Blower)
2005 Expedition XLT - 197K Miles Was my daily driver, son has been driving for last 6 months. First is coming from engine bay whether AC is running or not.
