Gauge on the bottle i bought. As for why i tried to add more. Well i am use to if the ac's arent blowing cold check the heat load. If not it needs more r134.

Well i tried to put more freon yesterday and it was were it needed to be. Doesnt leak as far as i know. Ill see if i can borrow a sniffer to check for leaks

Stock fan and clutch as far as i know. Its working tried to stop it i think i might have chipped a bladed lol. Shroud is there. Pressure idk.

so we have had this 05 xlt expedition since mid 2012 runs good after engine swap. but lately the ac has not been working up to par. i added more freon last year but still noticed that it was not really cold at all or just enough t barely cool you off. the rear not cold at all. it tends to blow...
alright so i got a 05 expedition and i want to do a better and nicer dual exhaust to it. right now it has a very lazy done dual exhaust. they used a flowmaster 9530452 muffler. it sounds but it looks like s@#t. also it was done with 3" piping all the way. to big for stock engine. i want to see...
so i got a 05 expedition with a axle code of 16. i know its got 3.73 gears from what i can make out on the tags. but not sure if its open or locking rear. if its not a trac-lock wich models came with them so i can swap it out. i dont like this one legged thing. any help would be good
i had the same issue with my 05. took it to the shop that a family member works at. at first he found nothing. this last time the O/D light was blinking and he found a electrical connector was having oil go into it shorting it out and cause the torque converter to burn up. i was doing about 23...
thanks...yeah i just called the dealer and they said there gapped but if i wanted to check them i could if i wanted but i dont have the tool to do it. also i went to the autozone website and the plugs they say fit are different from wat the dealer told me
so i got a 05 expedition xlt 5.4 3v that had the engine rebuilt about 15k ago but i think the shop that did the work used the same plugs when they put it back together because it lacks some power and waste more gas then normal. i was going to go to autozone and pick up a set of sp-515 plugs but...
i have a similar noise on mine but a reair shop told me its lifters. he showed me something about how those engines make noise like that but i think it might be a bit to much. u have alot more noise then me. i hear it during idle only not while driving. ill see if i can find the message he gave...
i have a 05 that i also get a ticking sound like a lifter or rod know on mine. i have about 148k on it. it has plenty of power but just the ticking sound bugs me i have read a few things that maybe the phaser are clicking. a repair shop said its lifter. has anyone fixed the issue with just cam...

well if not when i get home from deployment ill go to a muffler shop that does custom exhaust for muscle cars and see how much but yeah i seen it go under the pumpkin and around the spare just not sure wat size piping
