03' 5.4L, What Superchargers are available?
The pic's in the link is of my Expy. They put it on the dyno and realized I only get 3psi of boost so they will bump that up to 7psi. They expect 400hp instead of the current 350.- djpvan

Procharger experience I decided to go with the "bolt-on" procharger for my 2003 Expy. I had it fitted thru a local speed shop that was certified procharger installer. What a nightmare. Despite what they say on their website, the custom kit does not fit the 2003 Expy and requires a lot of work...- djpvan

Fuel Hose Failure in Gas Tank
It was the stock factory hose. I am not very technically inclined and it sounded fishy for a stock hose to bubble and pop 2 weeks after having the booster installed. Got it replaced and will see if the new booster pump lasts...- djpvan

Fuel Hose Failure in Gas Tank
I have run into a unique situation where the fuel hose in the tank (after the fuel pump) ruptured. I have an extra fuel pump fitted on the line as part of the Procharger supercharger that was fitted. The dealer claims that the pipe failed and it caused the second pump to burn out. Any...- djpvan
