A/C will not turn off
Had an issue this past weekend with the 08 Expy. The air would not turn off at all. If I turned it off it would blow on high, and if I hit the Auto button it would turn down a bit but still blowing. All I could do was close the vents. I'm sure it's a relay or something running the fan, so has...- igneous

Differential fluid on 2wd
I need to do a diff. change (2wd) this weekend. Do you guys recommend sticking with Ford spec'd stuff. Is it full synthetic or should I upgrade to one that is? I have the HD tow package. Stupid stealership wants to charge me $200 >> Ripoff!- igneous

Floor air
Just wondering if all the Expy's have A/C air coming out of floor vents when just the upper vents are selected. Had a long trip last weekend and the TX heat had us running the A/C high and my right foot almost froze. Thinking maybe it's residual air (floor vents not completely closing)...- igneous

door keypad
I've searched and read all related info about the keypad and found a 5 digit # on the fuse box behind kick panel on pass. side. But when I enter code it does nothing. I'm assuming it's correct code since it's only 5 digit code on the FoMoCo sticker on the bottom left, as I saw on a F150online...- igneous

2nd row perforated seats
Have an '08 Limited and wonder if the heated/cooled seats are also on the middle row, since they are perforated also. I know there's blowers under the front seats, but how are the middle row cooled/heated?- igneous
