    UPDATE: It was a bit of a PITA but I got it running today. Rewired the fuel pump. Started right up. Idles a little rough but that should clear up once the vacuum lines are fixed. Thanks for all the help guys!

    Alright guys I got an update. Dropped the tank to check the wiring to the pump. The wiring for the pump is MISSING. I'm assuming whatever chewed up the vacuum lines had built a nest on top of the fuel tank and literally eaten the wires down to the plastic on the fuel pump. So looks like I'm...

    You can thank my wife for that. she edited the photo to make it look like that. its a darker duller blue in person. I did that with my truck and it left all the tape and looked horrible.
