I had an issue with my shift linkage on my 98 after repairing it I noticed my gauge cluster had stoped working. 98 won’t crank
My 98 expedition has been sitting for a while. I pulled it out charged the battery and for whatever reason it won’t turn over everything seems normal main disconnect really on firewall engaging but no clicking or anything from the starter. Stuttering, CEL, not the MAF.
I have been having the same problem, When I changed the fuel filter I had no change. I have a post under power-train with no replies I am looking for a vacuum leak as well.- jlotruglio

Running rough
I have a 98 EB with a 5.4 I am getting a P0171 and P0174 codes lean on Banks 1 and 2. I have cleaned and then changed the MAF changed the Fuel filter. I am now looking for vacuum leaks.
