Throttle warmer
Got a 98 4.6 was starting a new intake r/r. Broke off a small hose with a metal fitting down around the base of the Throttle body. It actually rusted. I need to investigate EXACTLY where it goes or its function, but I am guessing a TB warmer. ? Checked YT for manifold replacement, never see...- FX4FOUR

Running super COLD all the time
Got a 98. 220 on the clock, runs great but COLD. I man absolutely 99% cold. Idle 20 min heater hose line Slightly warm. I know, check the thermostat, waterpump all the basics, did. Seem to be in working condition. I did notice that the fan makes that roar of rushing air like it is engaged...- FX4FOUR

Door lock engagement/ lock / unlock
Maybe with some simple input I can get this solved. My door locks engage after about 2-3 seconds after in drive. ARE THE LOCKS SUPPOSED TO UNLOCK WHEN PUT INTO PARK? if so what is main responsibility to disengage the locks when put into park ? LooKs like I am going to be here for a...- FX4FOUR

03 trans clack clack clack noise
Driving me batty.... I need help on this one, gotta a 03 EB 4x4, around 200 on the clock, I am getting a CLACK CLACK CLAC, tick tic.....isolated right down around the tq converter area... Low RPM mostly when letting off the gas to an idle from 1-3000. Not a motor noise. Read something...- FX4FOUR

Which one to keep ?? 2003 or 2000
I have 2 Expeditions, a 2000 XLT Florida Rust free 4x4, 5.4 3.55s, ( posi)few options, but excellent (I mean new smell ) cloth interior, manual HVAC, super nice exterior in silver, power locks with fob, but , no goodies like the EB's...ie fog lights, no electric vent windows, really tight...- FX4FOUR
