OIL CONSUMPTION
I wd think 10K on Full Syn 5w20 wd be fine - PCV Valve is inside Valve Cover on 5.4 so just flushed both sides w/some Brake Cleaner & changed Air Filter - Used 1 qt Non Syn 5w30 in 2K miles of fast lane Interstate driving - I can live with that with 180K miles on motor.- BUCKSTER

OIL CONSUMPTION
Actually added some Marvel Mystery to Oil last week & I'll run some Sea Foam thru Intake this week - I've had MANY Fords over the years & only this one used Oil between changes fm the git go - Presently have 4 Lincolns, a 2002 Tbird & the Expy - I do virtually all the maintenance on all of them...- BUCKSTER

2005 Expy Limited - All Options - Original Owner - 175K miles - Runs great - Regular maintenance - It's ALWAYS "moved" a Qt or 2 of Oil every 10K miles since new but now after last Oil Change w/ my typical 5-20 Full Syn it has fired thru a couple Quarts of Dino 5-30 that I've always used as "add...- BUCKSTER

Replace Front Air Struts on 2005 Exp Limited with Arnott
Just jokin as you WERE right... Replacement was quite easy, 3 hours taking my sweet time - I've worked harder replacing conventional Shocks - Suspension is up on this chilly AM so it looks like it's fixed~! - I thought $730 & Free Shipping was a deal but there's a new set on Ebay for $670 now -...- BUCKSTER

Thanx & glad to be here... you were correct Super Mod - No doubt why you are a Super Mod - www.arnottmanuals.com has the Guide & that site is in Warranty Disclosures with my $730 worth of Arnott 's (that was a deal best I can tell) - Warranty is in 10 Languages telling you only a Pro should put...- BUCKSTER
