I wd think 10K on Full Syn 5w20 wd be fine - PCV Valve is inside Valve Cover on 5.4 so just flushed both sides w/some Brake Cleaner & changed Air Filter - Used 1 qt Non Syn 5w30 in 2K miles of fast lane Interstate driving - I can live with that with 180K miles on motor.
