Headlight and grill removal
Headlamps come out to the front after lifting the two black clips in the back. Look at the back of the lamps for two black angled stubs made of flat metal. That's them. Pull them up to release the lamps. You might need and extra bit of emphasis to get final release.- 74c5

Exterior air leak into front passenger area
Original owner of 2000 Exp. Had an odd problem on a recent trip into Idaho & Montana. There was a lot of cold air leakage into RF foot well area.
