wiper motor fuse is good Okay at the risk of sounding stupid I checked all my fuses under the dash and found the following fuses had no power at all. The following fuse slots that had no power are 9,16,17,18,20,21,27,28,29, so what is causing this? All the fuses under the hood were good. I...- red wagon 97

well I checked them visually and with an ohm meter. From what I am seeing the number 23 is slot is the one that I need to be checking dose that sound right?- red wagon 97

Hey gang I have a 97 Expedition and my rear wiper dose not work, it got wet at one time and I am sure that I have blown a fuse but I have checked the ones that it is suppose to be with no luck. this also affected my front dome lite I would like for both of them to come back to life.
