3rd row headrest not dropping
One of my 3rd row headrests does not drop by itself when lowering the seat or pressing the button by steering wheel. I can hear the mechanism actuating but it will not drop. Had to use the manual button on the side to drop it and fold the seat. Anyone else experienced this before? 18 Max platinum- Juan Escolarte

F150 Keys on Expedition
A few months ago, the Honda dealer gave me a 15 F150 rental while they fixed the Ridgeline airbag affected by a recall.
