I have an 04 EB. Had to have three of my sensors replaced due to bad batteries. They're fairly inexspensive, i think it was $28 each at Wal-Mart. I'm in Montana and it's been pretty cold here. Haven't had any issues with my TPMS since replacing them.
You have to cycle to the door locks with the door switch AFTER you get in the vehicle. Lock and unlock. THEN do the key on off sequence. The owner manual fails to mention that crucial step.
I bought both actuators on eBay for around $15 each shipped. You just need to verify if you have the 'cross' or 'D' style shaft. You'll clear see which one it is when you pull in out.
Looks like the trailer brake connection. It would be mounted next to the OBD port. If you don't have the trailer brake controller module then it doesn't plug into anything.
