The relay burns from the back of the board where it mounts (soldered). You have to pull the Fuse Box & split the boards to see this. Do a search in upper right for 'fuel pump relay' & there is a lot of info & pictures
You get what you pay for. Hope it goes well. I thought I got a good deal on mine from eBay until it came time to install them. Had to screw everything down. About 3 hours a seat 'bottom'. Another place had how-to for their seat covers & they were slip-on like the originals...
I bought it from a shop that didn't want to put the time in it to find problems. Shop owner is a friend. The truck owner sold it to him when his shop could not get to it immediately to chase down electrical problems. Owners kids drove it so he was buying them something else. I paid $2500 & it...
Getting list of parts for timing chains, etc from Rockauto.com
While I'm in there, I will replace what is needed while engine is open @ 120k miles.
Anyone have a listing as a reminder/choices?
Manufacturers will be Motorcraft, Melling, Fel-Pro... top of the line.
Planning on going in once...
rockauto.com seems to sell a lot of them. Says a lot for me. Under $110 here in the States.

Recheck air pressure if you have not done so. You may have a belt in one tire structure slipping.
What Brand tire are you running. Most are made in China now, even Pirelli (my favorite)
Try a Pick-N-Pull and get one from same '03 or as close to model as possible. Try LKQ.com / Get what ever numbers off of yours as possible in case you need the info. Should be able to unplug yours and plug in replacement. (If that is the problem) Thousands out there & LKQ reps can tell you...
Pop the threshold plates at the bottom of the doorway on both sides. I use a set of plastic non-marring pry bars to do a lot of this 'popping loose' jobs you can get on Amazon pretty cheap. There may be water getting in there & messing with the wiring. Also pull the front kick panels on both...
Should not take long to remove seats, console & carpet. So much just pops loose. Not as many screws as you may think. Took me longer to pull the console than both seats Carpet pealed back pretty easily. Pull the kick panels and threshold plates first if you have not already done this...
