    Apples to apples Plati just driving around town

    I have an 18 Expy Limited 4x4. When I first got it I drove a couple weeks and got 19+ avg. Then I leveled it and put larger wider tires on it and still today avg 16. I have a heavy foot too. Haven’t been doing many hwy miles since COVID hit but my mileage is still around 15.5.

    I have cam phaser issue :(

    I had to read through to realize this is aka the cold start rattle. Been mentioned on here a lot. Mine does it as well. I’m in no hurry to get it fixed. I am starting a list and will get it knocked out all at once.

    Car Fax - Does it really give you much info about the vehicle ?

    No. I just bought a used Expy from a Ford dealership out of state. The Carfax they showed had one minor thing on it. Had an issue recently where I had to stop at the nearest dealership. They pulled up the records by VIN and the vehicle had a huge list of things that had been done.

    Shocks on backorder

    I have an 18 Expy. Had a blown passenger side strut. It was on backorder. Took about 5 weeks to get the part in. Obviously Ford is having an issue with them.
