Ended up with a cracked tail light yesterday, backed into a buddy leaving his place. Fortunately it didn't damage his car, but cracked my passenger tail light.
Looking like factory replacements are $700 or so, does anyone have a better alternative? I am not at all opposed to a different look...
I think it’s a good look, and would be purely cosmetic. How easy would this be to achieve?
Here’s the front of mine currently, I’d just want to replace the tow hooks for them
I loved the TerrainContact on my Yukon (those are my pictures lol)
I have the Nitto Ridge Grapplers (33x12.50r22) on my Expedition though and wouldn’t change it.
I love the rack, I can't recall what I paid for it as I took it off of my 2016 Yukon when I sold it.
For the actual lift, installation of it, tires, balanced/rotated, etc. I believe I'm about $2700 all in. They also removed the plastic off of the front bumper for me at no charge.
What did you have to do to make the shackles fit on the front? I like that look a lot.
About time for some new shoes, I'm thinking 285/50r22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and leveling the front probably with a 3/2 lift. What lift do y'all recommend?
I understand, but it makes ground clearance pretty pitiful. Plus I think that removing it and adding a leveling kit will do a ton to help both that and the aesthetic of the vehicle.
Looking to do this to give extra clearance. I have the 4WD if that matters. Just making sure there's no sensors or warranty issues that I'm going to run into by doing this.
Talking about just this piece:
