How easy would it be to add d-rings and shackles? (Pics for reference)

I think it’s a good look, and would be purely cosmetic. How easy would this be to achieve?

This is a pic of the one in the kit posted above. The only problem I see is if they may not extend out past the plastic enough.

Somebody on the forum tried it a couple years ago. I don’t think they were successful.

Thanks for the pic and input. I have been contemplating trying them out on my bumper. See if they would make it past the skid plate as I have lost the tow hooks.

Anyone find a source ? I would like to convert my front tow hooks to a shackles. Any suggestions ? Is the F150 or F250 front frame mount the same ? Thanks !
