If it's just a rattle on startup, the failure is probably one or both chain tensioners. Specifically, the weak rubber gasket fails and it can no longer build and hold pressure to keep proper chain tension.
Now, I can't say whether or not it's worth only replacing the tensioners or if you might...
Car Wizard is a die hard "GM guy." He also runs a youtube channel so he's going to say anything to get views and clicks so he can get paid. Is he 100% wrong? No, but he definitely blows the issues out of proportion.

The only times I've ever had issues with trailer sway was when the tongue weight was too light. Readjusting the load has always resolved the problem, for me.
@BlackBetty11 - I cut some male RCA cables up that I already had and spliced them into the factory wires. Then plug that into an aftermarket amp. You can also buy RCA pigtails that are ready to splice: https://www.amazon.com/-/he/4321/dp/B0BRN57PZP
For the subwoofer wires, the low level wires...
It's a 1979 Ford 3600 48hp 3cyl 8sp diesel, general Ag tractor. Made in Highland Park, MI. It's pretty dirty but it was taken care of and runs surprisingly well. I don't really have any use for it so the plan is to clean it up, replace a few parts, and sell it to a new home. If I had any excuses...
I put an 850CCA AGM battery in my 2013 Exp exactly 2 years ago. I didn't do anything other than take the old lead acid battery out and put the AGM in. It has been working perfectly since then.
I would use extreme caution when deciding to not use a WDH with a trailer over 6k lbs, as Ford requires. If there is an accident, you could be held liable even if it wasn't your fault because you were "negligent."...
I have a heavy duty 20ft open drive-on vehicle / utility trailer that I use quite a bit. I've used it to tow everything from a huge amount of lumber to cars to giant hay bales to moving boxes to tractors to ATVs and snowmobiles. The truck has always handled it very well. I like the open trailer...
On mine the aluminum crimp failed. Hose clamps would be better than nothing, mine is still held together like that.
Check the videos I posted above for more details.
I noticed mine starting to degrade around 80k miles. I'm at about 95k right now and they need to be replaced. I'm going to replace all 4 with Bilsteins.
Also - it seems there are even different filters for the 6R80! The video below is from a 2.7L, but the fact that there are different filters available for the same transmission makes me wonder if the wrong filter was installed.

It would be very difficult to overfill, due to the location of the fill / dipstick hole. The only thing I could think of was either it was under-filled or improper transmission fluid was used. It's also possible that the replacement filter was somehow improperly installed (pickup tube clearance...
You will need to get a more advanced scanner that can read the TCU codes. It definitely sounds like a transmission issue. Did you lose any transmission fluid?
I use GTR i-LED Ultra bulbs and they have been perfect as DRLs and turn signals, for about 2 years now. The only thing was I had to add a resistor inline so it wouldn't hyper-blink.

The intermittent-ness would point me to an electrical issue, bad contact somewhere, broken wire, bad ground, failing coil pack, etc.
I had an intermittent miss on a previous vehicle and it turned out to be a bad coil pack wire, as in the wire looked OK but the copper inside was actually...
I put Valvoline R&P in both my Expedition and Jeep GC last oil change for the first time.
I can't tell yet but it's supposed to be very good stuff.

I sanded the bottom of mine down to the metal and then applied an aluminum paint prep chemical. Primed it with a self-etching primer and some rattle can paint and it hasn't been an issue for a couple years. I have to do it again now that I'm getting some bubbling around the middle trim.
