Well you did touch on one thing , and that’s rubber crumbling and clogging up the lines. There was the one line I replaced coming off the intake that was collapsing and falling apart. Howdo I Smoke Test the EVAP System (2005 Expedition)
Hey David, did you ever resolve this issue ? I have a 2005 and I’ve already replaced the evap valve on the firewall (motorcraft) ands new Ford fuel cap. Still have the codes p0457 and p1450.
