    I turned the "Auto High Beam" option off in the menu and it goes full bright when you switch from low to high beams. Not sure about enabling full brightness in Auto mode via FORScan though.

    I plan on cutting the cover myself similarly. BTW: Another interesting thing about that picture...it looks like a 35" spare tire with the rear bumper clearanced for it.
