2004 expedition will only move few feet forward or reverse
Just an update. The problem was the propeller shaft aka front drive shaft u joint. Took it out changed transmission fluid and I am mobile.also front differential is shot.- stan911

Question? I jacked up rear put it in neutral engine not running
Question? I jacked up rear put it in neutral engine not running and can only rotate the wheels about a 1/4 turn either way. Hear a click or clunk some where on the drive shaft and wheel stops. What's going on?- stan911

Yes it is ,but I am only using 2 wd . Can the trans fer case affect 2 wd?- stan911

My o4 made a loud clunk sound after a trip on my way home. I was able to make it home by forcing it. I check the caliper it is fine checked the iew ok vacuum ok.Put the truck in neutral can not push it forward or back ,but a few feet.put it on a couple jacks. Put it in neutral rear wheels spin...- stan911
