Transmission downshifting while accelerating onto expressway
My 2019 Expedition has 73,000 miles on it. In the last month when trying to speed up to merge onto expressway my vehicle is downshifting. Once I get to about 65 it drops down into such a low gear that my tires squealed. The wrench will pop up and it says to see service manual and then the wrench...- cchetcuti

2018 Platinum 4wd Expedition shifts roughly at various speeds
with only 8000 miles, in last week the vehicle has been rough to drive. Thought bad fuel might be a culprit but new fuel and unleaded plus....often shifts roughly in (I am guessing) 2nd gear as I take off...sometimes at 30mph, sometimes 45 mph and even felt like something fell off the car at 70...- Ruff

Will not downshift while manually in 3rd
Just had a rebuilt engine put in my 2012 Ford expedition. Trans only has 60,000 miles on it. I noticed that now, when I put the the trans manually into "3", it stays in 3rd no matter what. Whether I'm at a complete stop or mash on the gas pedal, it will not down shift. I'm almost certain...- Matticus
