Broken Idler Pulley Bolt
Ive got an 04 XLT 5.4l. Replacing idler and tension pulleys. Was installing grooved tensioner pulley on the driver side. Bolt was pretty tight but there was still wiggle in the pulley, so I proceeded to tighten it more. So much so that I sheared the bolt off. I dont think theres enough room...- Cody Glyn-Jones
