Front end rattle - help please
I hear a rattle coming from the front when I hit small bumps under 25MPH. It sounds like a heat shield or thin piece of metal vibrating. It's coming from the passenger side. I don't think it's the break shield. Seems solid. I've looked under the car, pulled the wheel, .. no luck. Any ideas...- JD01

2010 Expy EL Noise while driving
I have a 2010 Expy EL Limited 4wd. While driving steady a loud metal clanging noise starts. No change in engine feel or drive-ability. Starts at about 1200 rpm to 1600 rpm. Help Identify - Ford 5.4L Transmission Area Metallic Noise (sounds like sheet metal against a fan)
Can anyone help me identify this odd sound from bell housing area of 2008 5.4L Ford (Expedition) ? Transmission seems fine, pulls heavy trailers fine, no stutters, etc. This sound started a month or so ago.
