Have anyone added the factory bumper grill to their 03 Expedition? (Only EB comes with bumper grill). I like the factory look and I don't want the aftermarket grill.

The grille in question does have functionality. A buddy of mine found this out when a stone was kicked up and put a hole in the A/C condensor. Warranty you say? I think not. Ford would not cover it. It was not defect on their part. Needless to say he bought the grille.

Did anyone install the lower factory grille? I am interested to install one too.

On my '03 that lower grill was loose and almost fell out, dealer secured it back in! I am sure you can buy one from the dealer and install it yourself.

The 04 lower grill looks a lot like the Explorer's lower grill opening.
man, if they keep making these two trucks look identical I'm gonna have to go back to the Excursion!!

About the lower grill, keep one thing in mind. The EB lower grill is a different color than the XLT grill. They will not match. Something to consider...
