2. row seat nightmare

Hey, guys. Hope you can help me out - again. Have a 03 EB, and I am installing seats in the back (stupid, Norwegian, tax-rule makes this possible only after 10 years). So here goes:
1) Was the 03 ever delivered with a bench as 2. row (not the usual 1+1+1 chairs)? Does any one have one?
2) I have two original captain chairs for the 2. row that I can't use. On my car the bolt holes for the 2. row are in place, but brackets for the hook-things at the back of the chairs are missing. There are just four deeper areas of the floor where they should have been. Is it possible to order original brackets anywhere? Were they welded originally?

i think those were welding in by the factory...dont believe you can order them...we have a FordCustomerService Rep on the site that will be able to answer this question...
