2nd Gen replace captains with bench

Hi guys,

Has anyone replaced the captains chairs with a bench second row in a 2nd Gen Expy? I have an '03 EB, and just had another baby. We need an 8th seat now.

Is this possible? Are there instructions anywhere?

Would be nice if it's just a simple unbolt/bolt job. There's no electrics under there.

Honestly, I'd be more than happy to switch with either of you, except that TX is a really long way from NJ, and I'm betting shipping on a row of seats is insane.
