3 point safety harness

Hi. I have a 2002 Ford Expedition. In the 2nd row of seating, I ahve 2 lap/shoulder seat belts and the seat in the center only has a lap belt. I have a child in that seat and I would rather have a lap/shoulder restraint.

Is there anyway that I can add one after-market? What can I do?

The only real option you have is to run the baby seat anchor to the ground behind the second row and secure it to the floor
