4WH and 4WL not working

I paid someone to install a aftermarket stereo in my car and everything works except my 4WD won’t engage at all I tried calling the person and leaving messages and even stopped by their house and still no luck getting ahold of the person that installed the radio to see if they could fix it. What should I do about this situation as far as getting my 4WD back because I’m gonna need that for the winter and muddy seasons

It sounds like they did not put the connector back on the 4x4 switch.
