Adjustable head rests

Just bought 2013 Expedition. Video on Ford web site shows adjustable front headrests.......Mine do not adjust that I can figure out. Does anyone have adjustable headrests? would love to get some since stock ones are worthless

I have a 2008, and my headrests go up and down only. I think that's whatFord means by "adjustable".

what model do you have? I've never toyed with mine but I can go out and look, I suspect they do to meet the newer seat requirements (like the uber tall headrests in the F-150 backseat).
