Just bought our expedition and drove quite a ways (7hours) to get this one. We noticed the rear bumper panel was kind of pulling off but didn't think it too big of a deal. Then we got a car wash and it was hanging off 
Trying to get the dealership cover cost of looking at it, but wondering if it could be an easy fix? It seems to whole thing is off kilter a bit. Any advice? The plastic part right under the lift gate is also not flush with the bumper. Kind of coming up as shown.
Bumper Might just need that one little missing notch to attach it. Any recommendations appreciated!
