I was experiencing the same things with my wife’s 19 limited. Battery only 3 years old. Doors wouldn’t unlock (besides driver) and the AS/S. I replaced the battery and the doors work but it still says the vehicle is charging on the AS/S. Surely the brand new battery doesn’t need charged does it?
Did you reset the battery sensor after installing the new battery? If not, it still thinks it is the old battery in there. Here is the procedure for a '22 (likely same for other years):

Battery Sensor Reset
When you install a new battery, reset the
battery sensor by doing the following:
1. Switch the ignition on, and leave the
engine off.
Note: Complete Steps 2 and 3 within 10
seconds.
2. Flash the high beam headlamps five
times, ending with the high beams off.
3. Press and release the brake pedal three
times.
The battery warning lamp flashes three
times to confirm that the reset is
successful.

Well that worked like a charm.. I think I had to hit the brakes a few more times though. Lord I would’ve never thought to reset a battery sensor. Now I’m wishing I would’ve done that before on my oldbattery to try it haha. Thanks sir!
